Manager - Content Development
Objectives of this role
- Produce quality writing that connects with target audiences, boosts engagement, and enhances brand awareness in the real estate sector.
- Promote Vera's mission and vision through clear, compelling content that resonates with potential buyers and investors.
- Generate pitches based on current events, market trends, and real estate insights.
- Complete writing assignments within project specifications and deadlines.
- Market products and services through engaging blog posts, informative ebooks, persuasive email campaigns, and compelling ad campaigns with storyboards.
Responsibilities
- Write content that effectively promotes our real estate products and services, highlighting their unique value propositions.
- Conduct in-depth research on real estate market trends, property features, and target audience preferences, conveying findings with accuracy.
- Revise and edit content before publication, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay current on real estate marketing and general industry trends to augment content development.
- Work with content strategists to build editorial calendars focused on real estate topics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in branding, style, and messaging across all real estate marketing initiatives.
Skills and qualifications
- Exceptional written communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for the real estate industry.
- Have knowledge of AI prompting.
- Impeccable use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when describing property features and investment opportunities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and strategic-thinking skills, with an aptitude for developing innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in web-based research and SEO best practices relevant to real estate.
- Demonstrated experience in writing blogs, copywriting, and developing ad campaigns with storyboards.
Preferred qualifications
- Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter, specifically within the real estate or property development industry.
- Ability to collaborate with other writers and receive and give feedback constructively.
- Compelling writing style, voice, and tone that can adapt to various real estate marketing needs.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving market demands.
- Portfolio of relevant writing samples, particularly those showcasing real estate-focused content, blogs, and ad campaigns.
