Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain and update applicant tracking and recruitment databases.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication during the hiring process.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.</li><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.</li></ul>Learning Outcomes:<ul><li>Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.</li><li>Development of communication, screening, and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
