Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Business Development &amp; Marketing</li><li>Identify and develop new clients in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.</li><li>Promote RMC products to contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.</li><li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product benefits.</li><li>Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to convert into sales.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Client Relationship Management</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.</li><li>Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, purchase managers, and project heads.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Sales &amp; Target Achievement</li><li>Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of RMC.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends.</li><li>Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with clients.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Technical Support</li><li>Provide mix design and technical guidance to clients.</li><li>Conduct site visits for quality assurance and client support.</li><li>Ensure RMC meets IS codes and quality standards.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordination &amp; Reporting</li><li>Work closely with plant operations and logistics teams for smooth delivery.</li><li>Maintain records of sales, collections, and client feedback.</li><li>Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.</li></ul>*Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
