Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Marketing
- Identify and develop new clients in construction, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
- Promote RMC products to contractors, developers, consultants, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product benefits.
- Generate inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up to convert into sales.

- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with site engineers, purchase managers, and project heads.

- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of RMC.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Assist in pricing strategies and negotiation with clients.

- Technical Support
- Provide mix design and technical guidance to clients.
- Conduct site visits for quality assurance and client support.
- Ensure RMC meets IS codes and quality standards.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with plant operations and logistics teams for smooth delivery.
- Maintain records of sales, collections, and client feedback.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to management.
