Our focus is on fostering a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development and learning.Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Toddler Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will support lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture toddlers&rsquo; growth and encourage exploration.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans focused on early childhood education and development.</li><li>Support toddlers with activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Engage children through play, storytelling, and hands-on learning experiences tailored to their developmental needs.</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s behavior and provide positive guidance to foster good conduct and social skills.</li><li>Help with diapering, feeding, nap time routines, and other caregiving duties as needed.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents about children&rsquo;s progress and daily activities.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience working with young children</li><li>Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices.</li><li>Certification or training in first aid and CPR.</li><li>Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.</li><li>Strong classroom management skills and the ability to handle behavior management effectively.</li><li>Familiarity with infant care, toddler care, and classroom safety protocols.</li><li>Passion for working with children and supporting their growth through nurturing caregiving.
