The apartment complex has 60 units and is privately owned Must be computer competent, the job entails rent collections/delinquencies, property inspections, work orders for repairs, coordinating maintenance and vender activities.Leasing and rental activities with established procedures including screening, verification of income, background checks and lease processing.
