Apartment Manager

We are looking for someone who understands what it takes to maintain a high level of resident satisfaction and high level of high occupancy. The apartment complex has 60 units and is privately owned Must be computer competent, the job entails rent collections/delinquencies, property inspections, work orders for repairs, coordinating maintenance and vender activities.

Leasing and rental activities with established procedures including screening, verification of income, background checks and lease processing. In addition to salary, we have end of the year bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
