The MEP Procurement is responsible for the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies and services required for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of a construction project.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Receive and verify purchase requests from site projects and internal departments.</li><li>Ensure descriptions, specifications, and quantities align with BOQ.</li><li>Send inquiries to suppliers, evaluating stock availability, prices, quality, delivery times, and terms.</li><li>Present procurement details to project sites or departments for approval.</li><li>Collaborate with sites and storekeepers to monitor stock levels.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for material collection, minimizing costs.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance, conduct interviews, and negotiate agreements.</li><li>Update the Project Control sheet regularly to monitor purchases.</li><li>Must Require knowledge for MEP Suppliers in UAE</li></ul>Qualifications:&middot; Procurement or related role 3-5 years (MEP contracting company)&middot; Proficiency in procurement software.&middot; Excellent negotiation and communication skills.&middot; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
