We are launching a new coffee concept in Abu Dhabi and looking for a talented Head Barista with strong specialty coffee experience.

The ideal candidate should have:

* Experience in specialty coffee shops

* Deep knowledge of coffee beans and roasting

* Strong espresso and brewing skills

* Creativity in developing signature drinks

* Experience with suppliers and coffee sourcing

* Leadership and team management skills

* Passion for building a strong coffee brand
