Head Barista

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee operations and deliver exceptional beverage quality and customer experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong barista skills, leadership ability, and a passion for specialty coffee.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the barista team to ensure smooth daily coffee operations.
• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and service quality.
• Train, coach, and develop barista team members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service.
• Manage coffee inventory, equipment maintenance, and stock control.
• Ensure proper calibration of coffee machines and grinders for optimal quality.
• Create and introduce new beverage concepts and seasonal menu ideas.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
• Support café operations in achieving sales and quality targets.
