Head Barista

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Barista to our coffee operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a coffee expert with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of specialty beverages, including coffee, mocktails, and mojitos, along with strict adherence to hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages (espresso-based drinks, specialty brews, etc.)
• Create and serve mocktails, mojitos, and specialty beverages
• Lead, train, and supervise barista team to maintain performance standards
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks
• Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Manage daily café/bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and place orders as needed
• Develop new drink recipes and seasonal menus
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Maintain and troubleshoot coffee equipment and tools

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Barista (1–2 years in a leadership role preferred)
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art
• Experience in preparing mocktails, mojitos, and specialty beverages
• Excellent understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for coffee and customer service

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai (Dubai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:
