Senior Barista

We are seeking a refined and experienced Senior Barista. This role is ideal for a passionate coffee artisan with a strong eye for quality, presentation, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft premium coffee, specialty beverages, mocktails, and mojitos
• Lead and mentor the barista team to deliver exceptional consistency and service
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, presentation, and product quality
• Oversee daily operations, stock control, and equipment maintenance
• Curate innovative and seasonal beverage creations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of barista experience (leadership exposure preferred)
• Expertise in specialty coffee, latte art, and premium beverage preparation
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and elevated guest experiences

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Barista: 3 years (Required)
