We very much value a good sense of humor and somebody who is a true team player.The PositionL&amp;N is seeking an administrative assistant who can serve in the role of legal assistant while also helping manage the office. We are a small office, so it is important that the person be dependable, a quick learner, and able to multitask. The desired skills for this position are:&middot; Excellent word processing skills, including expertise in formatting legal documents, and running tables on legal briefs (tables of contents and tables of authorities)&middot; Experience with filing documents in both state and federal courts, including under seal&middot; Comfort running and sending out client invoices, keeping track of attorney expenses, managing attorney travel, ordering office supplies, and assisting with other office management tasks that arise&middot; Willingness to work with our e-discovery platform, Everlaw, to help attorneys manage document sets and document productionsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Oakland, CA 94612 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Oakland, CA 94612
