Our expanding company is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our leadership team. Lone Star Fountains is a family owned business focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of lake fountains in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area.Lone Star Fountains is looking for a self starter. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations team to help promote a company culture that encourages safety, morale, and performance. You will be required to train and supervise all lead and assistant field technicians. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years&rsquo; experience in a management or leadership position. The applicant should have a general knowledge of basic electricity, including but not limited to 115 volt, 230 volt, and 460 volt systems. Mechanical inclination is required. Training will be provided. OSHA 10-hour safety certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience in swimming pool repair, maintenance repair, electrical repair will be considered.Operations Manager Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support worker communication with the management team</li><li>Schedule jobs and routes of daily service operations</li><li>Oversee the diagnosis and repair of lake fountains</li><li>Train assistant and lead field technicians</li><li>Develop and implement operational policies and procedures</li><li>Provide inspired leadership for the organization</li></ul>Operations Manager Requirements:<ul><li>Experience in management, operations, and leadership</li><li>Understanding of electricity and electrical circuits</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Mechanical inclination</li><li>Ability to build positive relationships between employees</li><li>Must be able to routinely lift 50 lbs. or greater.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
