Our expanding company is seeking to hire an operations manager to join our leadership team. Lone Star Fountains is a family owned business focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of lake fountains in and around the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Lone Star Fountains is looking for a self starter. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operations team to help promote a company culture that encourages safety, morale, and performance. You will be required to train and supervise all lead and assistant field technicians. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience in a management or leadership position. The applicant should have a general knowledge of basic electricity, including but not limited to 115 volt, 230 volt, and 460 volt systems. Mechanical inclination is required. Training will be provided. OSHA 10-hour safety certification is preferred but not required. Previous experience in swimming pool repair, maintenance repair, electrical repair will be considered.
