Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-time / Independent ContractorIndustry: Drayage TransportationExperience Required: Minimum 2 yearsCompany: Long Road Transportation (US-based)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, organize and coordinate container dryage operations to ensure timely collection and delivery of containers.</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery by optimizing routes and complying with industry regulations and requirements (USA).</li><li>Interact effectively with drivers, port services, warehouses and customers.</li><li>Track container movement and update statuses in the dispatching system in real time.</li><li>Optimize routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Resolve operational issues including delays, equipment shortages and driver inquiries.</li><li>Track and manage downtime, demurrage and other charges to minimize them.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely reports on operations and performance indicators.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Practical experience in freight forwarding or as a container dispatcher in the USA, Australia or Canada.</li><li>Deep knowledge of port operations, container logistics and transport legislation (USA).</li><li>Excellent communication and problem solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in English at level C1/C2.</li><li>Experience with dispatching software and the Microsoft Office package.</li><li>Active, self-organized team player.</li><li>Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early shifts and weekends when needed.</li></ul>Working conditions:<ul><li>Full-time remote. Zoom attendance required.</li><li>Monday &ndash; Friday (6:00 AM &ndash; 4:00 PM PST)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;70,500.00 per month
