Data Entry Specialist (U.S. Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external clients and other stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction.
• Data Entry Operations. Manage accurate and complete entry of load information into the PortPro system (and other applicable systems), ensure real-time container tracking, and handle pre-gate appointments efficiently.
• Data Entry Billing. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes and full utilization of all relevant system features to optimize and streamline billing workflows and data entry processes.
• Internal Business Process. Support seamless logistics workflows through accurate and timely updates in internal systems and submission of required reports and invoices.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in drayage operations or other similar work in the USA.
• Practical experience using PortPro or other similar TMS.
• Excellent communication, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
• C2 proficiency in English. Western European/North American expats are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with dispatching software and the Microsoft Office package.
• Active, self-organized team player.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early shifts and weekends when needed.

Working conditions:

• Full-time remote with Zoom attendance and tracker.
• Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time)

Pay: From Rs220,000.00 per month
