Job Description: HR &amp; Admin ManagerCompany: AHAR Infra Logistics Private Limited Location: Dwarka, Delhi Industry: Logistics Services for Government TendersPosition OverviewAHAR Infra Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a leading organisation specialising in logistics services for government tenders and infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced HR &amp; Admin Manager to oversee and manage the complete HR lifecycle and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HR operations, excellent administrative capabilities, and proven experience in handling HR processes within infrastructure logistics or government tendering companies.Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit processes.</li><li>Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and other HR-related regulations.</li><li>Lead training and development initiatives and identify skill gaps within the organisation.</li><li>Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.</li><li>Oversee performance appraisal cycles and maintain structured reporting.</li></ul>Administrative Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day administration, office management, and facility operations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders for administrative support.</li><li>Manage documentation related to government tenders, logistics support, compliance files, and contracts.</li><li>Maintain inventory, office supplies, vendor management, and AMCs.</li><li>Ensure smooth functioning of transport, travel arrangements, and logistics-related activities when required.</li><li>Draft professional letters, emails, reports, minutes of meetings, and official communication.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Expertise in end-to-end HR operations and strong administrative knowledge.</li><li>Excellent communication skills &mdash; Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).</li><li>Strong command over computer applications including MS Office, advanced Excel, and HR software tools.</li><li>Exceptional drafting skills, with accuracy in official communication and documentation.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience<ul><li>Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration within the logistics, infrastructure, or government tendering industry.</li><li>Experience working with government departments such as NTPC or similar PSUs is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Hindi (Preferred)</li><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dwarka, Delhi, Delhi (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
