Position Overview
AHAR Infra Logistics Pvt. Ltd., a leading organisation specialising in logistics services for government tenders and infrastructure projects, is seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to oversee and manage the complete HR lifecycle and administrative functions of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HR operations, excellent administrative capabilities, and proven experience in handling HR processes within infrastructure logistics or government tendering companies.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, and exit processes.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and other HR-related regulations.
- Lead training and development initiatives and identify skill gaps within the organisation.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Oversee performance appraisal cycles and maintain structured reporting.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration, office management, and facility operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, government authorities, and external stakeholders for administrative support.
- Manage documentation related to government tenders, logistics support, compliance files, and contracts.
- Maintain inventory, office supplies, vendor management, and AMCs.
- Ensure smooth functioning of transport, travel arrangements, and logistics-related activities when required.
- Draft professional letters, emails, reports, minutes of meetings, and official communication.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in end-to-end HR operations and strong administrative knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills — Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Strong command over computer applications including MS Office, advanced Excel, and HR software tools.
- Exceptional drafting skills, with accuracy in official communication and documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Administration within the logistics, infrastructure, or government tendering industry.
- Experience working with government departments such as NTPC or similar PSUs is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
