<div>We are looking for a Call Center Representative to provide customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 outbound calls per day</li><li>
A bilingual representative fluent in English and Spanish</li><li>
Active listening</li><li>
Verbal and written communication</li><li>
Professional phone voice and persona</li><li>
Basic computer proficiency</li><li>
Skilled typing</li><li>
Adaptability</li><li>
Understanding of phone etiquette</li><li>
Experience or aptitude for call center operations</li><li>
Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Bilingual in English and Spanish</li><li>
At least one-year related experience required</li><li>
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul> 
Remote; report to Fort Washington, PA office once per quarter for training.

The base pay range for this role is $18.00 &ndash; $22.00/hour. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual&rsquo;s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
