We are growing quickly and are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Design Specialist to help elevate and expand our brand presence. 
We are looking for a Marketing Design Specialist to serve as the steward of the Berwyn brand, managing all visual and digital marketing assets across multiple platforms. This role combines creative design expertise with hands-on technical skills in WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic HTML. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling marketing materials.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Brand Management: Maintain and evolve the Berwyn brand identity across all digital and print materials, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and visual presentation.</li><li>
Collateral Design: Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, trade show graphics, infographics, one-pagers, and digital assets.</li><li>
Website Management: Update and maintain the company&rsquo;s WordPress website, ensuring design consistency, usability, and functionality; basic HTML knowledge preferred for customization.</li><li>
Social Media: Design and manage creative content for Berwyn&rsquo;s LinkedIn and other digital channels, aligning with brand strategy and campaign goals.</li><li>
Email &amp; Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design visuals and templates for campaigns, events, and communications.</li><li>
Vendor Coordination: Work with printers, designers, and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets.</li><li>
Cross Department Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and leadership teams to develop materials that support company initiatives and client engagement.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred.</li><li>
Experience: 3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in marketing design, brand management, or related roles.</li></ul> 
Technical Skills:<ul><li>
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)</li><li>
Strong working knowledge of WordPress (required)</li><li>
HTML/CSS experience preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social platforms for business use</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organization</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li><li>
Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling abilities</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul> 
Hybrid, 1 days/week in Minneapolis, MN office

The base pay range for this role is $59,000 &ndash; $72,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual&rsquo;s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. 
We give priority to candidates residing in states where we have offices: Minnesota, Iowa, Maryland, Nebraska, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and South Dakota. 
We will only consider applicants who live in these states: CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, KY, MA, MD, MN, NE, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TX, VA, and WI. Applicants outside of these states will not be considered for this position.
