<ul><li>Position Overview</li></ul>The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows. This position bridges front-office operations with clinical support, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care delivery.This individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams, helping to maintain the standard of care and operational excellence expected at Brain Injury Solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Patient Experience &amp; Intake</li><li>Greet and check in patients in a professional and welcoming manner</li><li>Facilitate patient intake, including completion and verification of required documentation</li><li>Ensure all consent forms and intake paperwork are completed accurately</li><li>Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visit</li></ul>Clinical Support<ul><li>Assist providers during in-office procedures, including:</li><li>Botox injections (for headache management)</li><li>Trigger point injections</li><li>Other procedures as added to service lines</li><li>Perform capillary blood draws as needed for diagnostic testing</li><li>Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness</li><li>Support providers with setup, equipment, and patient positioning</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Operational Duties● Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls● Respond to emails and coordinate communication with patients and care teams● Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and documentation● Support coordination of care across diagnostics, consults, and procedures● Help ensure smooth daily clinic flow and minimize delaysCommunication &amp; Coordination● Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and administrative teams● Provide clear instructions and expectations to patients regarding appointments and next steps● Support bilingual communication needs (English/Spanish) to enhance patientaccessibilityQualifications● Bilingual (English/Spanish) required● Medical Assistant experience preferred (certification a plus, not required based on your preference)● Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting● Strong organizational and multitasking skills● Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Skills● Experience assisting with in-office procedures● Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities seamlessly● Detail-oriented with strong follow-throughWhy This Role MattersThis position is essential to maintaining the high level of care, efficiency, and patient experience that Brain Injury Solutions is known for.
