The Clinical Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a seamless patient experience while supporting both clinical and administrative workflows. This position bridges front-office operations with clinical support, ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and high-quality care delivery.
This individual will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and internal teams, helping to maintain the standard of care and operational excellence expected at Brain Injury Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
Administrative & Operational Duties
● Manage patient scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up calls
● Respond to emails and coordinate communication with patients and care teams
● Assist with maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
● Support coordination of care across diagnostics, consults, and procedures
● Help ensure smooth daily clinic flow and minimize delays
Communication & Coordination
● Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and administrative teams
● Provide clear instructions and expectations to patients regarding appointments and next steps
● Support bilingual communication needs (English/Spanish) to enhance patient
accessibility
Qualifications
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
● Medical Assistant experience preferred (certification a plus, not required based on your preference)
● Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
● Experience assisting with in-office procedures
● Ability to balance clinical and administrative responsibilities seamlessly
● Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
