In-Home Caregiver &ndash; Private ResidenceSeeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 69-year-old woman who wishes to remain safely and comfortably in her own home rather than transition to a nursing facility. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through personalized, non-medical assistance and companionship.Responsibilities may include:<ul><li>Assisting with activities of daily living</li><li>Minimal meal planning and preparation</li><li>Medication reminders</li><li>Light housekeeping</li><li>Providing companionship and emotional support</li><li>Monitoring for changes in physical or mental well-being and communicating concerns to family or healthcare providers</li><li>Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:<ul><li>Kind, reliable, and respectful</li><li>Experience as a caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role preferred but NOT REQUIRED</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</li><li>Passionate about helping older adults age safely in place while maintaining their independence and dignity</li></ul>This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping someone continue living in the place they call home with comfort, safety, and compassion.Pay: From $17.50 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
