In-Home Caregiver – Private Residence

Seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient caregiver to provide one-on-one support for a 69-year-old woman who wishes to remain safely and comfortably in her own home rather than transition to a nursing facility. This role focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life through personalized, non-medical assistance and companionship.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Minimal meal planning and preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Monitoring for changes in physical or mental well-being and communicating concerns to family or healthcare providers
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Kind, reliable, and respectful
• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Passionate about helping older adults age safely in place while maintaining their independence and dignity
