In Home Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities, health management, and emotional support.

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Administer medications and monitor health status as directed by healthcare providers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
• Observe and report any changes in health or behavior to medical professionals promptly
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for ongoing care plans, especially for clients with complex medical needs such as those from Level I Trauma Centers or PICU settings
• Support clients in outpatient or clinic-based treatments and post-acute care routines

Experience

• Prior caregiving experience in home settings is preferred but not mandatory; relevant healthcare experience can be an asset
