***United Homecare Services is hiring immediately for caregiver hours in Lebanon, Dallas, Philomath— plus standby HCAs across our expanding Oregon service area. ***

Duties

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to enhance their comfort and independence
• Provide medication reminders
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary, ensuring dietary needs are met
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe and clean living environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and promote mental well-being
• Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to communicate client progress and any concerns
• Follow all safety protocols and care plans meticulously to ensure client safety at all times

Requirements

• 1 yr. Prior experience in healthcare settings such as private caregiving, or in-home care preferred.
• Ability to handle diverse situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and the office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for errand running and transporting clients.
• A compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to client safety and comfort

As we continue expanding, United Homecare Services now proudly serves coastal communities from Newport to Cloverdale, the Eugene–Lowell region, Albany and the Santiam Canyon (Lyons, Mill City, Gates), and the greater North Willamette Valley including Woodburn, Molalla, St. Paul, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
