Marketing Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will not only lead our marketing strategies but also build and manage a team of 3&ndash;4 individuals. This role demands leadership, creativity, and communication skills to build a strong brand identity and foster connections with businesses across India.Key Responsibilities: <ul><li>Team Building &amp; Management: Manage a team of 3&ndash;4 marketing executives. Delegate daily tasks such as outreach calls, follow-ups, and client communication.</li><li>Brand Building &amp; Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness across India. Connect with architects, interior designers, distributors, and retail partners through calls and virtual/in-person meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.</li><li>Communication &amp; Promotions: Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders. Create marketing content for communication and brand storytelling.</li><li>Social Media &amp; Online Presence: Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth. Identify and leverage relevant online platforms to maintain a strong digital presence.</li><li>Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to generate leads and brand buzz.
