Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who will not only lead our marketing strategies but also build and manage a team of 3–4 individuals. This role demands leadership, creativity, and communication skills to build a strong brand identity and foster connections with businesses across India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Building & Management: Manage a team of 3–4 marketing executives. Delegate daily tasks such as outreach calls, follow-ups, and client communication.
• Brand Building & Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness across India. Connect with architects, interior designers, distributors, and retail partners through calls and virtual/in-person meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Communication & Promotions: Build long-term relationships with B2B clients and stakeholders. Create marketing content for communication and brand storytelling.
• Social Media & Online Presence: Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). Ensure consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth. Identify and leverage relevant online platforms to maintain a strong digital presence.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns to generate leads and brand buzz. Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities for continuous improvement.

_ Requirements:_

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Prior experience in marketing, preferably in interiors, building materials, or B2B product segments.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
