With a strong commitment to quality and sustainability, the Group continues to shape a better and more responsible future in the real estate industry.Job Responsibilities:&middot; Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites&middot; Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines&middot; Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers&middot; Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations&middot; Plan work schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones&middot; Control project costs, material usage, and manpower deployment&middot; Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews&middot; Resolve site-related technical and execution issues&middot; Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, safety norms, and company standards&middot; Prepare and submit progress reports to managementKey Requirements:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field&middot; 4&ndash;5 years of experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction&middot; Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution&middot; Experience handling contractors, vendors, and large project teams&middot; Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills&middot; Familiarity with Mumbai real estate regulations and safety normsPreferred Skills:&middot; Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously&middot; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities&middot; Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
