Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites

· Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and site engineers

· Monitor construction quality, safety standards, and compliance with local regulations

· Plan work schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones

· Control project costs, material usage, and manpower deployment

· Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews

· Resolve site-related technical and execution issues

· Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, safety norms, and company standards

· Prepare and submit progress reports to management

Key Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

· 4–5 years of experience in real estate / residential / commercial construction

· Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution

· Experience handling contractors, vendors, and large project teams

· Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills

· Familiarity with Mumbai real estate regulations and safety norms

Preferred Skills:

· Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.
