We are committed to supporting your growth and helping you reach your full potential.If you&rsquo;re passionate about patient care, strive for excellence, and want to make a real impact, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home with us.Inspired by the resilience and beauty of the Lotus flower, we empower one another to deliver the highest level of patient-focused care through clinical expertise, collaboration, and compassion.Seeking a full-time, experienced order entry technician to join our growing team, day shifts.Primary Responsibilities:&middot; Create customer value through all customer interactions&middot; Answer customer phone calls and handle refill orders or order-related inquiries in a professional and thorough manner.&middot; Input new &amp; refill prescription orders in a timely and accurate manner using FrameworkLTC operating software system&middot; Ensure billing information is accurate, and adjudication is completed prior to the filling processes&middot; Troubleshoot and reconcile third party rejection issues&middot; Maintain accurate patient profiles ensuring that patient&rsquo;s demographic and clinical information is always up to date&middot; Verify that prescription order information is complete and accurate; work with facility staff to clarify missing information&middot; Ensure first-call resolution of questions/issues; request additional help and escalate to pharmacists or appropriate leadership as neededRequirements:&middot; Minnesota Pharmacy Technician license and/or National Certification&middot; 2+ year experience as a pharmacy technician, preferably in long term care&middot; Passionate about the customer experience&middot; Strong attention to detail&middot; Ability to work in a fast paced, growth environment&middot; Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills&middot; Experience in FrameworkLTC preferredBenefits:Full-Time employees working 30+ hours per week are eligible to enroll in our comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401k and paid time off.Pay: From $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
