This internship is designed for individuals seeking hands-on experience in marketing operations, project management, and executive support within a mission-driven wellness organization.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support<ul><li>Manage CMO calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination</li><li>Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and documentation for internal and external meetings</li><li>Maintain task and project tracking systems to ensure timely completion of deliverables</li></ul>Marketing Operations Assistance<ul><li>Support maintenance and organization of marketing systems (website, CRM, analytics dashboards)</li><li>Assist with social media scheduling, content organization, and performance tracking</li><li>Help monitor SEO, email campaigns, and digital performance metrics</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Track progress on marketing campaigns, roadmaps, and initiatives</li><li>Assist in collecting data for monthly and quarterly reports</li><li>Support cross-functional collaboration and follow-ups with internal teams and external vendors</li></ul>Research &amp; Analysis<ul><li>Conduct basic market, competitor, or audience research as requested</li><li>Compile data summaries for CMO review</li><li>Assist in identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Help maintain accurate records for campaigns, reports, and marketing materials</li><li>Ensure materials are stored in accordance with organizational standards and compliance requirements</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, social media, analytics)</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Learning Outcomes<ul><li>Exposure to executive-level marketing strategy and decision-making</li><li>Hands-on experience with marketing operations, systems maintenance, and reporting</li><li>Understanding of how marketing aligns with operational and strategic objectives in a mission-driven organization</li><li>Development of professional communication, project management, and analytical skills</li></ul>Reporting Structure<ul><li>Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)</li><li>Collaborates with cross-functional teams as directed by the CMO</li></ul>This internship is designed to provide practical experience while supporting Lotus Theory&rsquo;s marketing operations, strategic initiatives, and overall mission.Work Location: Remote
