Job Overview Loubella&rsquo;s Salon is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic booth rental team. Our salon prides itself on providing exceptional beauty services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents while contributing to the overall success of the salon. We also have a 7x9&rsquo; private room with in the salon that we would love to add to our service menu.Duties<ul><li>Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.</li><li>Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty techniques.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Assist in promoting salon services through social media and community events.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.</li><li>A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn new techniques.</li><li>Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends.</li></ul>Join Loubella&rsquo;s Salon where creativity meets professionalism, and take your career in beauty to the next level!Job Type: ContractPay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Greensboro, NC 27407 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Greensboro, NC 27407: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
