Loubella’s Salon is seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our dynamic booth rental team. Our salon prides itself on providing exceptional beauty services and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talents while contributing to the overall success of the salon. We also have a 7x9’ private room with in the salon that we would love to add to our service menu.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon areas.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in hair and beauty techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in promoting salon services through social media and community events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in hair cutting, coloring, and styling is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
• A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn new techniques.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends.
