Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving the company's strategic initiatives and daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the leadership team and help shape the future of our organization.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage the CEO&rsquo;s calendar with precision, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace tools.</li><li>Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and distributing follow-up action items promptly.</li><li>Handle all correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, ensuring timely responses with professionalism and courtesy.</li><li>Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation through efficient filing systems&mdash;both digital and physical&mdash;adhering to confidentiality standards.</li><li>Assist with event planning for company functions, board meetings, or special projects by coordinating logistics, managing invitations, and overseeing event execution.</li><li>Process expense tracking and invoice processing; perform data entry tasks accurately.</li><li>Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, including managing personal appointments or errands to ensure seamless daily operations.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior leadership.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in office management tasks such as filing, data entry, transcription, proofreading, and clerical work.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.</li><li>Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs), and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.</li><li>Experience with calendar management tools such as Microsoft Outlook Calendar; ability to handle complex scheduling efficiently.</li><li>Knowledge of office equipment including scanners, and office supplies management.</li><li>Ability to perform typing quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail; experience with transcription preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills complemented by the ability to multitask across various projects simultaneously.</li><li>Prior experience in personal assistant roles or executive support positions is highly desirable.</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re ready to bring energy into supporting top leadership while honing your administrative expertise! Executive Assistant to the CEO

OverviewWe are looking for a dependable, warm, and experienced Night Nurse to help care for our newborn baby overnight in our home.This role is ideal for someone who is calm, nurturing, reliable, and comfortable caring for a newborn independently during overnight hours.Schedule &amp; PaySchedule: 6 nights per week Hours: 6 hours per night Pay: $5,600 per month Position Type: Private home care / overnight newborn careExact nightly hours will be discussed and agreed upon before the start date.Main ResponsibilitiesThe Night Nurse will assist with the baby&rsquo;s overnight care, including:<ul><li>Feeding the baby as directed by the parents</li><li>Burping, soothing, rocking, and helping the baby settle back down</li><li>Changing diapers as needed</li><li>Monitoring the baby&rsquo;s comfort and overall well-being throughout the night</li><li>Keeping the overnight care area calm, quiet, and organized</li><li>Communicating any concerns or changes to the family</li><li>Providing basic notes or updates about the night</li></ul>Light Baby-Related TasksWhen the baby is settled and care needs are complete, light baby-related tasks may include:<ul><li>Washing bottles or feeding items used during the shift</li><li>Restocking diapers, wipes, burp cloths, swaddles, and baby supplies</li><li>Placing soiled baby items in the laundry area</li><li>Tidying the baby&rsquo;s overnight care space</li><li>Taking out diaper trash if needed</li></ul>This is not a general housekeeping role. Duties are limited to baby-related care unless otherwise agreed upon.Communication &amp; Household ExpectationsWe are looking for someone who:<ul><li>Communicates clearly and respectfully</li><li>Asks questions when unsure</li><li>Follows parent preferences and routines</li><li>Arrives on time and is dependable</li><li>Maintains privacy and confidentiality</li><li>Does not have visitors during shifts</li><li>Does not post or share photos, videos, or information about the baby, family, or home</li><li>Keeps phone use appropriate while caring for the baby</li></ul>Health ExpectationsBecause this role involves caring for a newborn, the caregiver should notify the family before coming in if they are feeling sick or have been exposed to a contagious illness.This includes symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, or any illness that could put a newborn at risk.QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:<ul><li>Experience caring for newborns</li><li>Overnight newborn care experience preferred</li><li>A calm, patient, and nurturing personality</li><li>Strong reliability and punctuality</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Comfort working independently overnight</li><li>CPR certification required</li><li>References required</li><li>Background check required</li></ul>CompensationThis position pays $5,600 per month for 6 nights per week, 6 hours per night.Payment schedule, exact hours, and expectations will be discussed before the start date.Closing StatementWe are looking for someone who will provide compassionate, attentive overnight care for our newborn while supporting a calm and peaceful routine for our family.
