 The Role
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, self-motivated
 
 Social Media + Community Manager
 
 to bring our brand voice to life across social platforms. You&rsquo;ll ideate, create, and manage content that inspires our community and grows Love + Chew&rsquo;s presence &mdash; from daily TikToks to deeper storytelling around our mission and products.
 
 
 You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with our CEO to shape strategy and help our brand stand out in the crowded snack world.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create engaging, platform-specific content aligned with Love + Chew&rsquo;s goals &mdash; awareness, engagement, and conversions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Concept and produce storytelling initiatives (short-form videos, influencer collabs, co-branded campaigns, UGC features, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Shoot and edit lifestyle videos &mdash; ideally delivering 3 videos per week. Must be comfortable both
 
 behind and in front of the camera
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Write captions and posts that reflect our brand personality and voice.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track key performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report insights weekly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet with the CEO weekly to review performance and brainstorm new ideas.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience managing social media channels for a brand (ideally in food, wellness, or lifestyle).
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of growing engaged communities &mdash; not just followers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident creating content (copy, video, and visuals).
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable on-camera and up to date on TikTok and Reels trends.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Creative, organized, and excited to bring fresh ideas to a small but mighty team.
 
 
 
 
 
 Compensation: $15-25/hr DOE, up to 20 hours a week.
