This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, beauty-focused setting while advancing your career in the aesthetics industry.Duties<ul><li>Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to enhance clients&rsquo; skin health and appearance</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and brand loyalty</li><li>Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, or facial procedures is highly preferred</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse clients</li><li>Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively recommend products that meet individual skincare needs</li><li>Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required by state regulations</li><li>Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to the beauty industry to ensure compliance at all times</li></ul>Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise makes a real difference!
