Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to enhance clients’ skin health and appearance
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and brand loyalty
• Maintain strict sanitation protocols for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Experience

• Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as laser therapy, dermabrasion, or facial procedures is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, listen actively, and build rapport with diverse clients
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques to effectively recommend products that meet individual skincare needs
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing required by state regulations
• Familiarity with sanitation standards specific to the beauty industry to ensure compliance at all times
