We are seeking an experienced Operations &amp; Client Support Administrator to provide internal operational and administrative support so our client-facing team can remain focused on delivering high-touch service.This is a full-time, in-office role suited for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who is comfortable working in a confidential, high-service environment.The Ideal Candidate Is: <ul><li>Reliable and thorough to see projects through to completion with extreme attention to detail</li><li>A critical thinker who considers what else needs to happen beyond the task in front of them</li><li>Highly organized</li><li>Enthusiastic about learning</li><li>A self-starter who takes pride in their work</li><li>An exceptional listener</li><li>An outstanding proofreader</li><li>A brilliant communicator, in writing, in person and on the phone</li><li>A resourceful problem solver who seeks out solutions independently</li><li>A team player with a great attitude</li><li>Always looking for ways to add value</li><li>Professional, punctual and dependable</li></ul>Regular Roles to Include:<ul><li>Providing Concierge-level client support</li><li>General administrative and clerical tasks including copying, scanning, correspondence, forms, faxing and mail services</li><li>CRM Administration and Maintenance</li><li>Administrative Marketing</li><li>Corresponding with vendors, carriers and support services</li><li>Ensuring communications, transactions and client information are appropriately documented for compliance purposes</li><li>Preparing, utilizing and maintaining documents, files, electronic files, reports, e-mails, records, spreadsheets, presentations and invoices</li><li>Sourcing, researching, analyzing, documenting and providing recommendations on various operations and administrative-related areas</li><li>Taking on as many of the Office Manager's tasks as possible and appropriate</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3 Years Prior administrative experience supporting VP or C Level Management in a professional setting is required. Experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to adapt to and learn new technologies</li><li>CRM Experience is Required</li><li>Proficiency with electronic records and database management</li><li>A desire for growth and willingness to learn in order to take on larger responsibilities</li><li>Discretion to appropriately handle highly confidential information</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to realize solutions</li><li>Consummate professionalism in mindset, manner, attire and performance</li><li>Emotional maturity is a must.
