Operations & Client Support Administrator
Full-Time | In-Office | $55,000–$75,000
We are a boutique financial services firm serving high net worth business owners. We are seeking an experienced Operations & Client Support Administrator to provide internal operational and administrative support so our client-facing team can remain focused on delivering high-touch service.
This is a full-time, in-office role suited for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who is comfortable working in a confidential, high-service environment.

Regular Roles to Include:
- Providing Concierge-level client support
- General administrative and clerical tasks including copying, scanning, correspondence, forms, faxing and mail services
- CRM Administration and Maintenance
- Administrative Marketing
- Corresponding with vendors, carriers and support services
- Ensuring communications, transactions and client information are appropriately documented for compliance purposes
- Preparing, utilizing and maintaining documents, files, electronic files, reports, e-mails, records, spreadsheets, presentations and invoices
- Sourcing, researching, analyzing, documenting and providing recommendations on various operations and administrative-related areas
- Taking on as many of the Office Manager's tasks as possible and appropriate
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3 Years Prior administrative experience supporting VP or C Level Management in a professional setting is required. Experience in the insurance or financial industry is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to adapt to and learn new technologies
- CRM Experience is Required
- Proficiency with electronic records and database management
- A desire for growth and willingness to learn in order to take on larger responsibilities
- Discretion to appropriately handle highly confidential information
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently to realize solutions
- Consummate professionalism in mindset, manner, attire and performance
- Emotional maturity is a must. We require a highly professional work environment
Schedule: Full time, typical office hours M-F
Travel: Minimal, for training purposes
Overtime Status: Exempt
Compensation: $55,000-$75,000; Commensurate with experience
