Send Resume to L&amp;A, 691 South Fifth Street, Columbus, OH 43206, email drlowenstein@drlowenstein.com or fax to 614-444-1482.<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.</li><li>Deliver individual sessions utilizing approaches such as behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, and clinical counseling techniques.</li><li>Manage intake processes efficiently, ensuring accurate documentation of patient histories and treatment goals.</li><li>Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and monitor progress over time.</li><li>Maintain HIPAA compliance by safeguarding patient confidentiality and handling medical records with care.</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate case management efforts and ensure holistic patient care.</li><li>Document all clinical activities thoroughly in medical records, adhering to medical terminology standards.</li><li>Facilitate behavioral health programs such as group therapy sessions aimed at promoting mental wellness and social integration.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in behavioral health or mental health counseling, ideally with a background in social work or psychology.</li><li>Familiarity with applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral therapy methods.</li><li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security at all times.</li><li>Ability to perform intake assessments efficiently while demonstrating excellent communication skills.</li><li>Prefer LISW, LSW, or LPCC with at least 3 years of experience</li></ul>Job Type: ContractPay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 20 per weekWork Location: In person
