We&rsquo;re expanding our US team and looking for a Partner Coach to help grow our presence in California.As part of our growing US operation, you&rsquo;ll be a main point of contact for our partners in the West. You&rsquo;ll play a central role in helping Loxone Partners fulfill their projects and win more jobs.Your Duties<ul><li>Develop and expand business with 40-50 Loxone installers</li><li>Act as the point person for sales, planning, installation, and configuration of smart buildings</li><li>Perform technical support through phone calls, online tickets, and screen sharing</li><li>Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Development</li></ul>Your Profile<ul><li>Background in electrical, low-voltage, IT/networking, or building automation.</li><li>Ability to simplify complex topics and act as an engaging communicator</li><li>High energy, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.</li><li>Team player with a hands-on mindset.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally, including a 3-week onboarding bootcamp in Austria.</li></ul>Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
