We work with quality-driven architects, builders, and homeowners, offering honest advice, superior execution, and long-term comfort.Role SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to develop and grow Alwindor&rsquo;s presence across the Jharkhand region. The role involves business development, channel sales, and direct customer engagement, with a strong focus on architects, builders, contractors, and premium residential projects.The candidate will be based out of Ranchi and will actively travel across the region.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development &amp; Sales<ul><li>Generate new leads and convert inquiries for aluminium &amp; uPVC doors, windows, glazing and allied products</li><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional projects</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region</li></ul>Channel &amp; Relationship Management<ul><li>Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers</li><li>Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with stakeholders</li><li>Coordinate with dealers, fabricators, and installers where applicable</li></ul>Customer Engagement<ul><li>Handle walk-in, reference, and site-based inquiries professionally</li><li>Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, drawings, and proposals</li><li>Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures</li></ul>Market Intelligence &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects in the region</li><li>Submit daily activity reports, sales pipeline updates, and market feedback</li><li>Maintain CRM or lead tracking records accurately</li></ul>Eligibility &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience:</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of sales experience (building materials / windows / doors / construction / real estate preferred)</li><li>Education:</li><li>Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to explain technical products simply</li><li>Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication</li><li>Language:</li><li>Hindi mandatory; English working knowledge preferred</li><li>Mobility:</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand</li><li>Two-wheeler with valid license preferred</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>CTC: ₹25,000 &ndash; ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)</li><li>Performance-based sales incentives</li><li>Travel reimbursement as per company policy</li><li>Growth opportunity in a premium, fast-growing fenestration brand</li></ul>Why Join Alwindor?<ul><li>Work with high-quality, premium products</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Internet reimbursement</li></ul>Work Location: In person
