Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to develop and grow Alwindor’s presence across the Jharkhand region. The role involves business development, channel sales, and direct customer engagement, with a strong focus on architects, builders, contractors, and premium residential projects.
The candidate will be based out of Ranchi and will actively travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries for aluminium & uPVC doors, windows, glazing and allied products
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional projects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned region
Channel & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and real estate developers
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical discussions with stakeholders
- Coordinate with dealers, fabricators, and installers where applicable
Customer Engagement
- Handle walk-in, reference, and site-based inquiries professionally
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for quotations, drawings, and proposals
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitors, pricing trends, and upcoming projects in the region
- Submit daily activity reports, sales pipeline updates, and market feedback
- Maintain CRM or lead tracking records accurately
Eligibility & Skills
- Experience:
- 2–5 years of sales experience (building materials / windows / doors / construction / real estate preferred)
- Education:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
- Skills Required:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical products simply
- Self-driven, field-oriented, and target-focused
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email communication
- Language:
- Hindi mandatory; English working knowledge preferred
- Mobility:
- Willingness to travel extensively across Jharkhand
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred
Compensation & Benefits
