Job Title: Host/Hostess for LPM Miami Restaurant Location: 1300 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami FL 33131 Job Type: Full-Time &ndash; Open availability required Pay rate: $18 to $22 per hour + service chargeJob Overview LPM Miami is seeking a polished and welcoming Full-Time Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant, you&rsquo;ll ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated efficiently, contributing to a smooth and elegant dining experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant&rsquo;s booking system</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area</li><li>Coordinate effectively with front- and back-of-house teams</li><li>Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about reservations or menus</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to all guests</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a hostess in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant preferred</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities</li><li>Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays</li><li>Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Host/hostess: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
