Job Title: Host/Hostess for LPM Miami Restaurant
Location: 1300 Brickell Bay Dr, Miami FL 33131
Job Type: Full-Time – Open availability required
Pay rate: $18 to $22 per hour + service charge

Job Overview
LPM Miami is seeking a polished and welcoming Full-Time Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the face of our upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant, you’ll ensure guests are greeted warmly and seated efficiently, contributing to a smooth and elegant dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage reservations and walk-ins using the restaurant’s booking system
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
• Coordinate effectively with front- and back-of-house teams
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries about reservations or menus
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a hostess in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Must have open availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
