 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Own the relationship:&nbsp;Build, grow, and retain high-value partnerships with government and semi-government clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive business impact:&nbsp;Lead accounts towards ambitious revenue and bottom-line targets&mdash;P&amp;L ownership is your superpower.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead with vision:&nbsp;Mentor and inspire a team of account managers, content creators, and executives&mdash;ensuring 360&deg; delivery across strategy, content, shoots, platform management, community growth, and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Shape creativity:&nbsp;Provide sharp creative judgment, build style guides, and help define brand voice and tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep it moving:&nbsp;Oversee day-to-day operations&mdash;social calendars, posting, community management, reporting&mdash;and make sure nothing slips.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver results:&nbsp;Take full responsibility for meeting KPIs and ensuring brand deliverables are achieved on a monthly and quarterly basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be the agency voice:&nbsp;Act as an ambassador of LPS internally and externally, building thought leadership and trust with stakeholders.
 </li>

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 8+ years&rsquo; experience&nbsp;leading accounts in creative, digital, and social media agencies in the UAE, KSA or wider Middle East.
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong track record in digital-first and social-first brand engagements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven chops in P&amp;L management, team leadership, and new account wins.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized, able to juggle multiple accounts and timelines with ease.
 </li>
 <li>
 Entrepreneurial spirit&mdash;you spot business opportunities and chase growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in both Arabic and English&nbsp;(perfect grammar, flawless prose).
 </li>
 <li>
 First-hand knowledge of all things social&mdash;from TikTok trends to Instagram stories, memes, GIFs, live content, analytics, scheduling apps, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agile mindset: quick to react, fast to deliver, and comfortable with real-time content needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creative at heart, business-minded in action, and always curious to learn.
 </li>
 <li>
 A true team player, comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-like agency culture.
