As part of our growing team, we are looking for a dynamic and &ldquo;Bilingual Front Office Operations Executive&rdquo; who can represent our brand with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.Role Overview:The Front Office Operations Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients, learners, and visitors, and will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-desk experience. This role also involves supporting the operations team with administrative tasks, coordination, and maintaining service excellence in both English and Arabic.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Greet and assist clients, learners, trainers, and guests with professionalism and hospitality, both in person and over the phone.&middot; Handle all front desk duties including managing calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins in both Arabic and English.&middot; Manage appointment scheduling, training room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.&middot; Support internal teams with coordination of training sessions, including documentation, attendance sheets, and material distribution.&middot; Assist in certificate issuance and candidate onboarding procedures.&middot; Maintain and manage office supplies and front-office cleanliness.&middot; Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service.&middot; Handle general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Operations team.&middot; Ensure adherence to confidentiality and maintain a positive brand image at all times.Requirements:&middot; Any Bachelor&rsquo;s degree&middot; 2&ndash;4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in the education or service industry.&middot; Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).&middot; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&middot; Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.&middot; Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus.&middot; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.&middot; Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.&middot; Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required.What We Offer:&middot; A vibrant and collaborative work environment.&middot; Opportunity to grow within a reputed, fast-paced and innovative EdTech firm.&middot; Exposure to regional and international clients.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
