As part of our growing team, we are looking for a dynamic and “Bilingual Front Office Operations Executive” who can represent our brand with professionalism, efficiency, and warmth.

Role Overview:

The Front Office Operations Executive will be the first point of contact for all clients, learners, and visitors, and will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional front-desk experience. This role also involves supporting the operations team with administrative tasks, coordination, and maintaining service excellence in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

· Greet and assist clients, learners, trainers, and guests with professionalism and hospitality, both in person and over the phone.

· Handle all front desk duties including managing calls, emails, inquiries, and walk-ins in both Arabic and English.

· Manage appointment scheduling, training room bookings, and maintain visitor logs.

· Support internal teams with coordination of training sessions, including documentation, attendance sheets, and material distribution.

· Assist in certificate issuance and candidate onboarding procedures.

· Maintain and manage office supplies and front-office cleanliness.

· Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service.

· Handle general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Operations team.

· Ensure adherence to confidentiality and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

Requirements:

· Any Bachelor’s degree

· 2–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles, preferably in the education or service industry.

· Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

· Flexibility to work on weekends or extended hours when required.
