Admin & Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Admin Sales Coordinator - female candidates supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. This role is essential in helping the sales team achieve targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, sales reports, and presentations.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and purchase orders accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update customer databases system and sales documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients for inquiries, support, or follow-up.
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Track sales targets and report on performance metrics to management.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of sales events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Handle communication and correspondence on behalf of the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)
